THE RECALL NOTICE is a digital art installation that generates personalized recall notices exploring the bureaucratic language systems use to describe human discontinuation. It is a companion work to YOU, INC. (humanstock.art).

# Description
This single-page web application generates procedurally created recall notices with five classifications:
- PERFORMANCE: Performance-based discontinuation
- EVENT: Accidental/event-based recall
- OPTIMIZATION: Cost optimization/automation replacement
- NARRATIVE: Market narrative/demographic shift
- SILENT: No explanation, just discontinuation

Each notice includes procedurally generated reference numbers, metrics, cohort years, and bureaucratic language.

# Artistic Statement
The piece explores how systems treat humans as assets that can be "recalled" when they stop performing. It makes visible the language and logic that runs underneath corporate decisions—the forms that get filed, the notices that get sent, the indifference at scale.
